Well, 6 months later... we live in Montana! In need of a change and with family moving/living in Montana - we made the haul 17 hours north! So far, we love it! It's a great blend of Minnesota and Colorado - lots of lakes and mountains. Grandma Barb let us stay with her for 4 months, as we looked for a house, and it was worth the wait! Early May, we moved into our 1928 5 bedroom, 5 bath farmhouse. With a creek flowing through the back, huge deck/patio and new kitchen, we're in heaven! There's so much wildlife already. Each night we say goodnight to "Dukie Dukie", our neighbor pheasant that Finley so kindly named. There's also lots of birds, horses across the street, supposedly otters in the creek (we have yet to see them!), and lots of worms and spiders. The kids are LOVING the outdoors here. Leeland is all boy and hunts for bugs (which are plentiful!) and Finley loves to explore on her bike. I think the country life is going to suit us well! We'll post pictures of before and after's later, but here's what the last 6 months have been filled with! (Besides packing and unpacking with two kids and one on the way and moving to a new state ;P)
