Hey Everybody,
We don't have much new to report, but just wanted to let everybody know that we are still ok. We are located quite a ways east of I25 if you are looking at things progressing with the fire maps. Our area is not evacuated or even under a pre-evacuation warning. Some of the people I work with are evacuated and have no idea if their homes are still standing, and our hearts go out to those who have lost their homes. Just keep praying for safety for fire-fighters and that the weather will cooperate more. We hit 101 degrees today, and someone told me the average temp for today's date in Colorado Springs is 68 degrees. "The perfect storm."
We should have internet in our own home by Monday, so we won't have to pester the people at Starbucks anymore. We'll keep you all posted!
